After muchly neglecting my poor DA account, Starhawk is back in action!

With a few new drawings of unicorns and dragons and things, I will be putting some more stuff up soon. If I can take a photo of my paintings I will put them up, which will be a nice change, and I might even put up my CG work of art. Hehe.

Well...what's been happening in my life? Not much. School, mostly.
I was a bit POed today, though. We were in IT, and which I generally like. But anyway, our little teacher person was talking about some stuff that I'd already done. So naturally, I got on with some stuff I needed to finish for class. I listened at the same time, answered a few questions, but got some stuff done as well so I wasn't just sitting there for ten minutes producing nothing. And afterwards, this little 'observer' chick who had been lurking in the corner came up to me and said "So why weren't you listening to your teacher then?" I said I had been listening, so she asked me what she'd said. And I said "She was talking about controlling greenhouses and doing this worksheet and how we have to work on the Excel spreadsheet..." etc.
So she said "Yes, but you should have been listening."

I hate teachers. It was clear that I WAS listening - I answered a goddamned question that she asked! And she went "Oh yes, one question, a real contribution." What did she expect? Only about four questions were asked anyway! She bored me to death with this weird lecture thing, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT I WAS LISTENING, and I told her that I'd already done what she was explaining. So the next time some guy asked her a question, she went "Ah, this young lady says she'd done it all, so you can ask her to explain it for you."
Just cause she didn't know the answer. Stupid cow >.< So I explained, and she gave me a really sour look. I felt like saying "So I'm supposed to do all this work AND teach the class for you?" I am easily the most attentive student in my class, since everyone else just larks about.
Then I got detention for being mentioned on the spotcheck and another sermon about the importance of listening. It SUCKED.

Sorry. Had to get that off my chest. -.- *breathes* I'm better now.
